Below are all the changelogs for the pre-release versions of hikari-lightbulb (version 0.0.38 to 0.0.61).

**Breaking Changes**

- Removed `ArgInfo` dataclass.
- Rewritten `lightbulb.commands.SignatureInspector` class.
